Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Healthcare Partnerships who will play a pivotal role in cultivating and managing strategic partnerships within the healthcare landscape. This position will involve establishing robust relationships with health plans, employers, health systems, and virtual care providers to enhance our outreach and influence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee a robust pipeline of new business opportunities with health plans, employers, health systems, and virtual care providers.
- Create persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts that effectively convey the value of our solutions.
- Negotiate and finalize new partnership agreements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, clinical, legal, client success, and product teams, to deliver a seamless experience for our healthcare partners.
- Track the effectiveness of partnerships through key performance indicators, emphasizing health outcomes, financial metrics, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain and develop relationships with consultants and brokers.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events to increase awareness and foster growth.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in selling health technology solutions to healthcare payers.
- Extensive knowledge of the digital health landscape and wearable technology products.
- A proven ability to close new business and sustain long-term partnerships.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of strong relationships.
- A strong commitment to achieving defined goals and metrics.
- A genuine passion for our mission and product, along with the motivation to positively impact individuals’ health.
- Willingness to travel 20-40%.

Salary Ranges
- Region 1: \(175,000 - \)215,000
- Region 2: \(166,250 - \)204,250
- Region 3: \(157,500 - \)193,500
